Indeed, it is the divine plan that has guided my life, as nothing was meticulously planned. Each day unfolds as a special gift. I believe children are extraordinary blessings bestowed upon us, representing the future generation. Their innocence and pure nature have always captivated me. For the past 14 years, I have been deeply connected with children, and I am often astonished by my ability to manage thousands of them simultaneously. It remains a mystery to me why they hold such affection for me.

TKC: How do you identify talent in young actors during auditions?

Through my introduction, craft, and confidence, I am fortunate to possess the remarkable talent for discovering talent, a gift bestowed upon me by a higher power. I firmly believe that talent is abundant, and it is our responsibility to provide opportunities for its manifestation. I am continually on the lookout for exceptional individuals for upcoming projects, meticulously identifying new talent that aligns with the script and director's requirements.

TKC: What advice do you have for parents who want to support their children's aspirations in acting?

Essential Guidelines for Parents of Aspiring Child Actors

Firstly, parents should refrain from pressuring their children into pursuing an acting career. If the child genuinely expresses an interest in acting, parental support is crucial. It is vital to avoid projecting unfulfilled dreams onto the child; many parents mistakenly believe that their children should achieve the dreams they themselves could not. Such an approach can be detrimental to the child’s well-being and passion for the craft.

Secondly, parents should be wary of agencies that require payment for auditions. Legitimate casting agencies do not charge fees for auditions, and paying for such services is often a sign of a scam.

Guidance is another critical factor. Parents should ensure their children receive proper coaching and mentorship to navigate the complexities of the entertainment industry.

Over the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of working on a diverse array of projects that have showcased my passion and dedication to the craft of casting and production. My journey includes notable involvements in projects such as the acclaimed Animal movie, Badshah's hit song "Pani Pani," and the viral sensation "Bachpan Ka Pyar." My work extends to popular television shows like "The Kapil Sharma Show" and "Mika Di Voti" on Star Plus.

I have also collaborated on music videos with renowned artists including Mika Singh, Ammy Virk, Badshah, Kaka, and Honey Singh. Notable projects include the song "Dhokebaaz" featuring Vivek Oberoi, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Guru Randhawa. My contributions have been recognized with numerous national awards, reflecting the impact and quality of my work.

My career began with the film "Ishq Click," starring Adhyayan Suman, and my first television show, "Airlines," aired on Star Plus.
